Last time, we explored our own inner landscapes through a guided body scan and creative reflection.
This week, we’ll turn our attention toward the horses.
Each participant will be paired with a horse and invited into a quiet practice of observation, presence, and connection. We’ll spend time noticing not only the horse’s body language, movement, and energy, but also what arises within ourselves as we sit in relationship with another being.
Using a horse outline worksheet, participants will record what they notice, sense, imagine, and feel as they spend time with their horse. Later, we’ll gather together to share our experiences and compare reflections—not to determine who is “right,” but to explore the many ways humans perceive, interpret, and connect.
