OUR VISION
We envision to create communities where humans and horses can heal each other, uniting equine rescue and rehabilitation with therapeutic partnerships and learning collaborations using both psychotherapy and alternative holistic approaches.

"AND ONE DAY YOU REALIZE IT HAS NEVER BEEN ABOUT WHAT YOU CAN TEACH THE HORSE, BUT ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT WHAT THE HORSE TEACHES YOU."

HOW THE FARM GOT ITS NAME
The word reverie means a dream — a quiet daydream shaped by imagination,
hope, and longing.
FOREST REVERIE FARM
was named for a place that once lived
only in the heart: a vision of calm, connection, and belonging, tucked within the forest.
For a long time, this place existed as a dream — of land where the trees hold stillness, where horses move with grace and wisdom, and where time slows enough to be felt.
When that dream finally took shape, it felt like stepping into a reverie made real.

The forest that surrounds the farm is not just a backdrop, but a presence — grounding,
protective, and alive. It is the forest that was always imagined, now lovingly lived in.
The dragonfly in our logo symbolizes change, transformation, and hope.
Like the journey from dream to reality,
the dragonfly reminds us that
growth often begins quietly,
and that something once imagined can,
with patience and care, take flight.

FORGET THE WORLD OUTSIDE,
STEP INTO THE REVERIE.
MEET OUR HORSES
Our horses are not tools — they are our partners in this work.
Our horses are at the heart of Forest Reverie Farm.
Each one brings their own presence, sensitivity, and wisdom to the work we do.
Below, you’ll meet the horses who help shape the experiences and connections shared here.

Our volunteer community is active, welcoming, and vibrant. New friendships form every day as people come together to care for the land, the horses, and each other.

Volunteers are an essential part of Forest Reverie Farm. Their time, care, and dedication help support our horses and the daily rhythms of the farm. We are always grateful to welcome new volunteers who feel called to be part of this community and share in the stewardship of this place.
